Educational objectives

The inter-University (Padova, Verona and Udine) Master program in Viticulture, Oenology and Marketing will give you a solid and in-depth academic preparation in the fields of wine economy and marketing,  viticulture,  oenology and quality control of grape production and transformation. The Course develops high-level knowledge and skills, to enable you to work efficiently in the labor market .
This Master program is part of the international EMaVE-Vinifera Consortium (https://www.vinifera-euromaster.eu/).


Graduates of this Course will find important positions in the vine-growing and wine-producing industries, where they will have decision-making roles in management and consultancy.

Professional opportunities

Graduates can find significant working opportunities in the fields of viticulture and wine-making, where they can have important decision-making roles in management and consultancy. More specifically, they can be employed in the following activities:

  • management and consultancy in wine-making, production of grapes and derivatives and marketing of wines and related products;
  • high-profile roles in boards and associations of grape and wine producers; 
  • analysis, control, certification and promotion of grape and wine products;
  • carrying out and managing basic and applied research in the field of viticulture and oenology, as well as wine economics and marketing.
